Job Summary
Lead customer discovery, technical validation, and executive engagement for strategic enterprise and public sector opportunities in Brazil. Deliver compelling solution demonstrations, design approaches addressing transformation goals, and build trusted relationships with business leaders and architects. Develop account strategies alongside Account Executives, support proof-of-value initiatives and RFP responses, and represent ServiceNow at industry engagements. Mentor less experienced team members and share best practices throughout complex sales cycles. Requires 7+ years in solution consulting, fluent Portuguese and English, and experience with AI-powered business solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Technology Consulting
- Experience supporting complex enterprise software sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to lead executive-level discovery workshops and influence business and technical decision makers
- Experience developing solution strategies aligned to customer business outcomes
- Knowledge of AI-driven solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously
- Experience working with Public Sector or highly regulated industries
- Fluent Portuguese and English
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow platform experience preferred
- Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered business solutions and workflow automation technologies
