Job Summary

Prepare for and attend customer interviews, site visits, meetings, and presentations. Manage projects from start to finish including budget, time, and team deliverables. Plan and facilitate interactive workshops and engagement activities. Produce presentations, graphics, documents, and other materials while collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver successful facility plans, master plans, and site plans. This hourly, nonexempt position offers a base salary starting at $38/hour with DOE. Candidates need three or more years of experience in architecture or facility planning, a relevant degree, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Cloud. A valid driver's license and ability to conduct field work are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience performing work in a professional setting related to architecture or facility planning, preferably for large institutional clients
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in architecture, planning or closely related field
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage budget and time in a team environment
  • Technical writing skills for report production, data management and other documents
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license and ability to conduct field work which may include travel
  • A resume and portfolio demonstrating graphics and writing skills

Desired Qualifications

  • AICP certification or other similar certificate
  • Previous experience with military or federal planning
