Federal Contracts Manager

Job Summary
Lead negotiations for corporate contracts and manage cradle-to-grave federal contracting processes, including pre-award proposals, subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and contract modifications, while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and related regulations; collaborate with Capture, Service Delivery, and Finance to respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs; oversee governance of contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements; develop and maintain contract templates, training, and organizational policies; monitor funding, reporting, and government systems (SAM.gov, FSRS, GSA ASSIST/CPRM, eGos); manage contract closeouts and performance KPIs; maintain documentation in SharePoint per internal policies; serve as primary point of contact with clients and subcontractors to meet program needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, or related field
- Advanced certification such as CFCM (Certified Federal Contract Manager) or equivalent is a plus
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in federal contracting or contract management within a government-regulated environment
- In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS and proficiency in contract structures (FFP, T&M, CPFF)
- Experience with GSA schedule and IDIQ GWACs
