Job Summary
Project Lead for SIEMaaS onboarding and program coordination, interfacing with Sales, Product Management, Elastic Professional Services, and ECS Federal to ensure timely onboarding and ongoing program delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating resources with the CISA Account Team, leading onboarding activities for new SIEMaaS customers, developing and managing project plans and milestones, facilitating regular status updates with stakeholders, identifying risks and blockers with proactive resolutions, ensuring alignment on customer requirements and success criteria, and supporting continuous improvement of onboarding processes. Key skills include leading cross-functional SaaS/security projects, strong onboarding and delivery process knowledge, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate internal teams and external contractors. Required Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in a SaaS, security, or managed services environment
