Job Summary
Senior Federal Civil Missions and Program Director responsible for driving mission delivery, strategic growth, and client engagement across federal civilian or related ecosystems. Lead and grow technical and operations teams to support diplomatic technology modernization, global operations, consular systems, and enterprise IT transformation. Develop execution plans to achieve mission objectives and create new business opportunities while partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape opportunities, manage risks, and deliver modernization initiatives. Require ability to identify regulatory and policy impacts, manage large multi-disciplinary programs, and maintain strong executive-level client relationships. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate 15+ years of federal technology leadership with secret/top-secret clearances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale federal technology and mission programs
- 7+ years of experience supporting federal programs or enterprise initiatives
- Experience in modernization, legacy systems, AI, infrastructure
- Experience with opportunity shaping and capture for opportunities >$100M
- Ability to grow accounts and deliver complex federal programs
