Federal Capture Manager

Job Summary
Lead capture activities from opportunity qualification through contract award for federal opportunities valued at $10 million or greater, developing win themes, competitive assessments, and pursuit strategies. Identify and qualify federal opportunities aligned with strategic growth objectives while building relationships with government customers, contracting officials, and key stakeholders. Partner with proposal management, pricing, recruiting, and technical teams to develop compliant proposal responses and provide regular updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and incumbent research to strengthen capture strategies across cybersecurity, healthcare IT modernization, and systems engineering pursuits.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of federal business development and capture management experience
- Demonstrated success leading capture efforts from qualification through contract award for opportunities valued at $10 million to $50 million or greater
- Experience pursuing and winning work with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Department of Defense, including the Department of the Air Force and/or Department of the Navy
- Previous experience supporting a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with an understanding of small business capture strategies and set aside environments
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs, GSA contract vehicles, and federal acquisition processes
- Excellent relationship building, communication, presentation, and executive briefing skills
- Experience collaborating with business development, proposal, pricing, recruiting, contracts, and technical teams
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
