Job Summary

Federal Account Manager position responsible for driving growth across U.S. Federal accounts by identifying customer requirements and executing strategic account plans. Leverages deep expertise in federal sales to identify, shape, and close opportunities, owns and executes account plans for strategic federal accounts, develops territory and market strategies, analyzes KPIs and market trends, collaborates with channel partners and system integrators, leads contract negotiations aligned with federal requirements, and maintains a robust pipeline in Salesforce with regular business reviews to identify new growth opportunities. Education & Experience: Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience; typically 7–10 years of experience in account management or sales in federal/public sector or technology solutions. Knowledge & Skills include Federal Account Management, Public Sector Sales, Government Procurement Processes, Salesforce, UC/AV, Strategic Selling & Deal Structuring, Pipeline & Territory Management, Partner & Channel Engagement, Market Analysis, and Cross-Org Skills. The role emphasizes impacts on federal segment growth, navigating federal procurement regulations, and providing customer-centric, data-driven selling within a zero-defect compliance framework.
