Job Summary
Federal Account Manager role to drive growth in U.S. Federal accounts for HP Poly by identifying customer requirements and executing strategic account plans. Serve as a subject matter expert in collaboration solutions (audio, video, and hybrid work technologies), applying consultative selling to opportunities within complex federal environments. Mentor junior account managers as needed. Own and execute territory and market strategies, analyze KPIs and market trends, and collaborate with channel partners and system integrators to improve win rates. Lead contract negotiations aligned with federal requirements and manage a robust Salesforce pipeline with disciplined forecasting. Build relationships with federal stakeholders, understand mission priorities, and expand HP Poly’s footprint across strategic federal accounts.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Four-year or graduate degree (Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related) or equivalent experience
- Typically 7–10 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in federal/public sector or technology solutions (e.g., collaboration, devices, or infrastructure)
