Job Summary
Senior Federal Account Executive responsible for hunting and closing new business with federal agencies and system integrators; leverage existing relationships to drive high-value contracts; own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment; stay informed on procurement trends, contracting vehicles, and the federal IT landscape; fully remote flexibility — work from anywhere in the U.S. (Preference for Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones); travel for key meetings; compensation includes top-tier pay, high commissions, and equity potential; health benefits and equity opportunity after one year; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven hunting success in federal IT sales, ideally to DoD, DOE, State Department, or other key agencies
- Deep federal relationships and a clear understanding of how to work with integrators, procurement officers, and buyers
- Familiarity with selling major OEMs like Dell, HP, Apple, Microsoft, Cisco, and Lenovo
- Strong grasp of contracting vehicles, procurement cycles, and compliance
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-moving, agile company
- Willingness to travel for key partner or client meetings
