Job Summary
Lead and oversee all daily operations of a manufacturing plant supporting marine deck machinery and material handling systems; drive strategic initiatives, budgeting, and profitability; manage cross-functional teams across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, HR, and logistics; champion continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and FMOS; maintain regulatory compliance, safety culture, and stakeholder relationships; partner with Sales/Marketing on production planning and opportunities; ensure high-performance, data-driven management and leadership across plant managers and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10-15 years in manufacturing operations management
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP/GM, Director)
