Job Summary
FEC Manager at Es Vedra Cinemas oversees all aspects of gaming and attractions within the family entertainment center, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions. Develops and implements revenue-driving strategies, promotions, events, and loyalty programs; ensures maintenance, safety, and compliance of gaming equipment; hires and trains staff; manages inventory and inventory replenishment; analyzes sales and attendance data to identify opportunities; stays current on industry trends and best practices; maintains a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members; performs related duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required
- Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations
