FEC Manager

Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC at Es Vedra Cinemas, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement through promotions, special events, and loyalty programs. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs as needed. Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff to uphold high customer-service standards. Monitor inventory for redemption prizes and supplies, ordering replenishments to maintain optimal stock. Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Perform other related duties as necessary. Education & Certification requirements include a Bachelor's degree preferred and required Manager ServSafe and alcohol-server certifications. Prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds are expected, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required
- Proven experience in FEC management or related role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience in gaming and attractions operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
