Feature Lead - Technology

Lead and provide technical direction for a team delivering technology solutions, overseeing design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs. Align technical solutions to business objectives, ensure coding quality per software standards, and coordinate multiple software implementations. Manage four General Ledger-focused teams including release & deployment planning, runbook testing, environment management, and service integration; guide work breakdown, acceptance criteria, and cross-functional collaboration; mentor team members and coordinate with Product Owner to ensure a healthy backlog and clear criteria; drive test automation, incident remediation, and release coordination across environments using tools such as APS Autosys, Remedy, Jira, and Confluence; engage with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery with minimal technical debt and appropriate risk management.
