Senior Lead 280%93 Full Stack Software Development Lead and mentor for a team delivering enterprise-grade applications. Own the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend services and frontend interfaces, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and ensuring coding standards and quality. Guide architecture decisions, lead end-to-end SDLC activities, and collaborate with Product Owner to maintain healthy backlogs with clear acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development
- Proven experience in a Tech Lead / Senior Developer / Engineering Lead role
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end
- Provide hands-on leadership in full-stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, and databases)
- Drive delivery across the entire SDLC lifecycle – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable plans
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications
- Contribute actively to coding, debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Lead release management, sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization
- Proactively manage system risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Drive execution rigor and remove blockers proactively
- Champion best practices in test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and quality engineering
- Provide technical guidance and code reviews
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum enterprise environments
