Job Summary
Lead all aspects of project execution for nuclear power plant modifications, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience through the entire lifecycle. Coordinate resources from engineering, licensing, and environmental disciplines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Conduct site visits, analyze issues to provide solutions, and develop engineering and project management solutions meeting contract scope and budgetary requirements. Prepare and review technical reports and studies, track project risks and changes, and mentor team members to ensure client and company goals are achieved. Lead teams in automating calculations and summarizing technical documents using modern tools to improve workflows and deliver cost-effective designs.
Required Qualifications
- BS from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- 10 or more years of experience in a technical field (engineering, construction, planning, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with project management and coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong and dynamic written, verbal and intercultural communication skills
- Experience with preparing and presenting technical reports virtually and in-person
- Experience with feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft software and tools
- Strong commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
- This position is based on a hybrid work schedule and will require in-office work 3 days per week

Desired Qualifications
- PMP Certification is a plus
- MBA is a plus
- Experience writing proposals is a plus
- Experience with international client management and travel is a plus
- Experience with managing and executing US Government contracts in accordance with 2 CFR 200 and 2 CFR 600
- Experience with developing Microsoft PowerBi, Power Automate, PowerApps, or other programming capabilities
- Languages: Russian, Polish, Bulgarian, Slovak, Czech, or Estonian (Level 3 or above)
- a minor, certificate, or other experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields that enables effective oversight of automation and agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows
