FE Automotive Product Quality Engineer

Job Summary
Lead quality strategy for Micron Automotive quality initiatives; develop line-of-sight metrics to monitor execution health and partner with cross-functional teams to deploy BE-FE collaboration processes (e.g., Customer Return Material DPM forecast and reduction). Drive data mining of reliability fails and collaborate with Yield Enhancement to generate defect Pareto and drive fab process improvements; implement time-to-mature business processes to achieve field risk and customer return DPM targets; develop metrics to monitor automotive targets (e.g., Automotive PG, Critical Repair Density, BURN ABL FIT), and act as SME in reliability fail modes with regards to detection, corrective and preventive actions. Engage fab teams to meet eligibility targets and drive CAPA in response to customer feedback; understand CMOS/silicon memory device reliability mechanisms and link product layout to process marginality and product testing. - Link product layout related to process marginality and product testing
