Job Summary
Provide technical support for system software, application software, and Linux OS by reviewing application logs and monitoring the system daily to respond immediately to security concerns. Upgrade systems and processes through release management to enhance functionality and resolve security issues, while participating in the Change Control process for deployment of releases and software patches. Manage the entire infrastructure for release management, OS and software upgrades, database monitoring, and end-of-life cycles for the CCH system supporting the FDLE. Perform defect resolution and monitor for system vulnerabilities. Requires 10 years of experience with Red Hat products, Java, Apache HTTP Server, and JBoss suites.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years experienced System Administrator
- Good communication and written skills
- Knowledge of Red Hat Products like EAP, Active MQ, etc.
- Knowledge of Scheduler and Batch process
- Java, Apache HTTP Server, JBOSS suites (Application server, AMQ, Fuse, JBPM), JBOSS Web Console, JBOSS Profiler, Open AM/DJ experience
- Experience working in State and/or Public Sector domain
- Oracle experience
- Any automation tool and knowledge on DR
