Job Summary
Operational Client Relationship Manager for Citi London overseeing ETD and OTC Platinum clients; serves as SME across global ETD markets and OTC clearing houses, managing client relationships, coordinating post-trade processes across cash & collateral, trade life cycles, and ensuring Citi’s SLAs and regulatory requirements are met. Leads cross-functional coordination with teams (cash & collateral, trade, deliveries, fees) to monitor risk and compliance across EMEA, NAM, and APAC; drives post-trade issue resolution, risk event management, and remediation planning; conducts trend/root-cause analysis to improve processes with technology, and prepares regular client meetings and performance reviews (in-person and remote); designs and delivers product/technology training to enhance post-trade understanding and risk management; produces regular reporting and status updates for management; requires solid experience and a Bachelor’s degree; hybrid working model (up to 2 days at home per week) with benefits in London.
