Job Summary
Pricing Operations Specialist with responsibility for end-to-end pricing workflow execution across RM systems, including setup, validation, and approvals for events; partner with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Store Ops, and IT to ensure accurate, on-time pricing; drive troubleshooting and issue resolution for pricing events, develop insightful pricing workflows and deliver concise, audience-appropriate communications; maintain high-velocity, high-accuracy pricing processes for SKUs (SKU, PPCs, CBPs, TPRs) and support promotions, store communications, and quarterly/weekly reviews with cross-functional teams; manage deadlines and store communications to support profitability and price integrity across categories including Basic, DSD, and Fashion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3+ years of experience in Pricing Operations, Retail Operations, Business Systems, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage timelines and work cross-functionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Root cause analysis
- Attention to 100% pricing accuracy
