Job Summary
The FD Navigation/Timing Staff Support Officer (SSO) at STI-TEC is responsible for providing specialized analysis and recommendations to Army leadership, managing Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) programs, and ensuring alignment with Defense Acquisition guidance. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, TS/SCI clearance, and relevant experience in Force Development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
- TS/SCI Clearance required
- Operational experience in Army tactical/strategic units that employ Mission Command and Transport Capabilities/Applications including Satellite Network Operations and Cyber
- Knowledge of tactics, techniques and procedures associated with Army command, control, and communications systems
- Ability to manage Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) II and III Programs
- Ability to analyze, prioritize and validate Mission Command, Cyber and/or Position Navigation and Timing requirements
- Interdisciplinary skill set of PPBE, DOD acquisition processes and procedures.
