Job Summary
Provide support and case management for FCS consumers in the supportive housing program (FHARPS & Global Horizons) to help overcome barriers and secure stable housing. The role requires being out of the office at least 50% of the time, may involve life-skills coaching and transportation, and requires coordination with program staff to ensure housing outcomes, compliance, and client enrollment. Responsibilities include direct client service, documentation, team move-in/out and inspections, coordinating with property owners, organizing on-site groups/activities, supporting master-leasing turnover, responding to communications, collaborating with community providers, attending mandatory meetings and professional development, and maintaining ethical, professional standards. The position is Full-Time in Tacoma, WA with a hybrid work arrangement, and requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus a WA credential/license; prior social services experience and knowledge of DSM-V and evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT, MI) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- WA State credential/license; Associate license/license preferred
- Experience in social services preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in understanding DSM-V and therapeutic interventions
- Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices (EBPs) such as CBT (especially CBT-P), ACT, and MI preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license; proof of insurance
