Job Summary
Drive the implementation and operational delivery of FCFE programs to support Fidelity's enterprise strategy for generational advisor capabilities. Lead and orchestrate the execution of initiatives ensuring capabilities are delivered efficiently, consistently, and at scale. Partner closely with business partners across Fidelity to manage events and distribution delivery partnerships, fostering alignment and operational readiness in a cross-functional environment. Requires a strong operator with disciplined execution, project management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Full-time onsite presence required as Fidelity transitions to a full-time onsite working model. Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $171,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 plus years of relevant, progressive experience
- Demonstrated organizational strength with proven project and program management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- experience with Qualtrics and Zoom
- Strong relationship management or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com)
- Ability to lead work independently and remain proactive in ambiguous, fast-changing environment
- 100% onsite presence
