Job Summary
Contract FCC SME - Process Mapping role in the UAE focusing on end-to-end mapping of financial crime risk processes across units, identifying activities, decision points, handoffs, dependencies, and governance-aligned KPIs; engage stakeholders to validate flows, document systems and data sources, capture risks and controls, highlight opportunities for AI/automation, standardise variations, and produce process maps, narratives, and RACI views with validated owner sign-off for audit-ready delivery; requires 5-10 years of FCC, process mapping and related experience, with emphasis on workshops, data identification, and regulatory alignment.
