Job Summary
Interns will have a hands-on experience through approximately 12 weeks of internships within SCO, receiving support from mentorship. They will participate in weekly Career Readiness Seminars designed to help identify career goals and develop plans based on personal strengths, along with gaining essential workplace skills. Interns will enhance their abilities to manage workplace relationships and conflicts, ensuring a successful transition into the workforce.
