Job Summary
Lead and supervise a middle school boys' baseball program for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include guiding program development, maintaining and upkeeping the baseball field, traveling with the team, and overseeing the leadership and development of the coaching staff. Requires a high school diploma, completion of the NFHS Concussion in Sports course prior to starting, strong communication with parents/students/administrators, reliability, and on-site attendance. Preferred qualifications include prior coaching experience and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications

- Must be age 21 or older
- NFHS Concussion in Sports course completion prior to beginning coaching duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators
- Ability to motivate students
- Ability to be dependable and punctual
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance required
