Job Summary
The Fulfillment Center Lead oversees daily warehouse operations (wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, and kitting) and ensures adherence to SOPs while driving team performance and accuracy. Responsibilities include leading teams per SOPs, ensuring accurate put-away and replenishment, managing kitting operations and product rework, processing returns per client requirements, workload distribution, training and guiding staff in shipping/receiving, maintaining scheduled breaks and time-clock procedures, supporting the supervisor in achieving productivity goals, enforcing safety and ethics standards, and fostering a collaborative, high-output environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations
- 1+ years of previous lead or supervisory role in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and SOPs
