Job Summary
Forklift Driver, Fulfillment responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of cases within the Distribution facility using powered industrial equipment. Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., ride-behind jack, sit-down reach truck, high-reach truck) and move cases physically and electronically throughout the facility. Use RF scanners to track inventory and case movement, follow safety protocols, meet productivity and accuracy goals, communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, and assist in other departments as needed to support operational flow. Comfortable using basic computer systems and RF scanning technology; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and safety; able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs; willing to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., turret truck, cherry picker, sit-down reach truck, high-reach truck)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Experience using RF scanners to track inventory
- Ability to follow safety protocols and lifting techniques
- Willingness to work overtime
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
