FC Department Supervisor (2nd Shift)

FC Department Supervisor leads and supports the FC Department Manager in a high-volume outbound, B2C small parcel environment. Oversees and coordinates activities across receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and/or shipping to prepare shipments for same-day international delivery via expedited carriers. Maintains a safe, efficient, and orderly work environment; handles scheduling, continuous process improvement, and vendor relationships; assists with inventory accuracy, labor planning, daily task assignments, and performance management. Responsibilities include standardizing procedures to improve efficiency, resolving workforce grievances, coordinating with other Supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety procedures, training new hires, and supporting cost-reduction and productivity initiatives. Qualifications emphasize supervisory warehouse experience, capacity to manage during high-demand periods, and strong communication and organizational skills.
