Job Summary
Onboarding IT specialist responsible for ensuring a positive end-user experience in the onboarding process of IT system setup, including hardware, software, IDs, and entitlements; orders resources and acts as a resource for new IT hires and leadership; partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure proper system access for new hires, rehires, and contractors; coordinates with hiring managers and suppliers; handles post-onboarding inquiries; uses Quickbase for data maintenance and reporting; collaborates with Finance on billing and licensing; drives efficiency through governance, standardization, and change management; remote position focused on Mexico, with flexible remote/work arrangements.
