FBS IT Disaster Recovery Program Manager

Define enterprise DR governance frameworks, including policies, standards, controls, and RACI matrices. Establish risk-based testing methodologies and annual testing plans, then oversee execution, validate results, and manage issue logging with defined SLAs. Build integrated Power Platform solutions for audit traceability, reporting, and executive dashboards. Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and acceptance testing while conducting post-implementation reviews. Manage regulatory readiness for NY DFS and internal audits. Requires four years of IT disaster recovery program management experience and PowerApps/PowerBI skills.
