FBS Field Claims Supervisor

Supervise and direct the adjustment and administration of claims in an assigned area, specializing in liability, property, or auto physical damage. Conduct case reviews, evaluate Claims Representative performance through continuous review of statistics and file evaluations, and set claim reserves within authority. Maintain communication with specialists to ensure prompt and economical handling of all claims while promoting safety and compliance with published procedures. Approve expense accounts and payments within allocated adjustment expense limits. Work timings are 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST. Requires 6+ years of experience with a P&C and automobile background, including mandatory leadership and team lead experience.
