Job Summary
Back-office support for claims operations performing data entry, document management, and routine reporting while ensuring timely, quality claims processing. Works with internal teams to facilitate processing, follows established procedures and confidentiality requirements, and contributes to overall operational effectiveness and service quality. Shift: IST 18:30–03:30. Remote and/or office-based flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in insurance/finance/healthcare/BFSI domain
