FBS Agile Dev Team Member IV

Design, develop, test, and deploy system functionality while providing mentorship to direct reporting staff. Interpret customer needs into viable solutions by breaking down features, writing user stories, and executing Test-Driven and Behavior-Driven Development to build quality. Deliver working code each sprint, conduct root cause analysis for complex errors, and participate in Agile ceremonies including PI and Sprint Planning. Support the Product Owner in demos, manage the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, and foster a culture of continuous learning through the Agile Dev Team Community of Practice.
