Job Summary
Oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations across outlets (Restaurant, Bar, In-Room Dining) at Azul Hospitality property in Moab, UT. Responsibilities include planning/directing F&B functions, inventory management, budgeting and cost controls, vendor coordination, and development of revenue-enhancing strategies. Lead and coach the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service, collaborate with Sales and Banquets, ensure compliance with brand standards and applicable laws, and maintain staff training. Requires 3-5 years F&B operations experience with 1-2 years of management, high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), and 21+ to serve alcohol with Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification; proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/PMS systems.
