Oversee and manage Food & Beverage operations across outlets (Restaurant, Bar, In-Room Dining) at Azul Hospitality property in Moab, UT. Responsibilities include planning/directing F&B functions, inventory management, budgeting and cost controls, vendor coordination, and development of revenue-enhancing strategies.
