Job Summary
Manage and direct the Food & Beverage functions within hotel outlets (Restaurant, Bar, In-Room Dining) to achieve high standards of quality, service, merchandising, and profitability. Lead and coach F&B staff, implement training, and collaborate with culinary, sales, and banquets teams. Develop and manage budgets, marketing plans, and revenue-enhancement strategies; oversee inventories, cost containment, and payroll. Ensure compliance with brand requirements, standard operating procedures, and hospitality regulations, while maintaining exceptional guest experience and consistent quality of food and beverage delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3-5 years Food & Beverage operation experience required
- 1-2 years management experience required
- Culinary, sales and service background required
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required
- Ability to provide and maintain a valid drivers license as the position may require the operation of motorized and electric vehicles
