Job Summary
Manage and direct the Food & BeverageOutlets within a hotel to meet daily operation needs, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Responsibilities include planning and directing F&B operations, budgeting, inventory management, cost containment, revenue-enhancing strategies, staff training and development, and cross-department collaboration with sales, culinary, and other hotel teams. Lead and coach the F&B team toward exceptional guest service and staff satisfaction; ensure compliance with safety, alcohol-service licenses, and hotel policies; oversee vendor relationships, seasonal menu options, and adherence to brand requirements. Maintain attendance at mandatory meetings and uphold Azul Hospitality standards in grooming and professional appearance. Requires 3-5 years in F&B operation, 1-2 years of management experience, and relevant licenses/certifications for alcohol service. Bachelor’s degree preferred; must be 21+ to serve alcohol; exempt position.
