Job Summary
Manage and direct the Food & Beverage operations within hotel outlets (Restaurant, Bar, In-Room Dining) to ensure high quality food, service, and merchandising while maximizing profits. Responsibilities include planning and directing F&B functions, budgeting and revenue strategies, inventory control, vendor coordination, staff training and development, cross-department collaboration (Sales, Banquets, Culinary), and maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction. Requires leadership to coach the team, manage labor and food costs, implement marketing and operating policies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred; 3-5 years F&B operation experience and 1-2 years of management experience; 21+ to serve alcohol; Safe Server certification.
