Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer (f/m)

Job Summary
Analyse and validate metallic parts, composite, and hybrid structures for fatigue and damage tolerance. Write and check stress dossiers, reports, justifications, test programs, and associated documentation. Define justification approaches, monitor activity progress with Technical Authority and Senior engineers, and support manufacturing by assessing non-conformities. Collaborate with design engineers and interface with relevant stakeholders, including civil and military authorities, internal teams, and subcontractors. Requires a Master's degree, three years of experience in fatigue and damage tolerance, and proficiency in Airbus calculation methods.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Engineering School (Mechanical or Aerospace preferred)
- 3 years minimum of experience in Fatigue and Damage Tolerance
- Good level of knowledge of Airbus Calculation methods & tools
- Good communication skills
- Autonomous approach with a good ability to react and adapt
- Open minded and synthetic with capability to step back from activities and propose new ideas
- Advanced level of English and French
- Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities
- Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
