Job Summary
The Relief Store Manager serves as acting Store Manager as needed, assuming full responsibility for store operations to drive exceptional customer service, maximum sales, and profitability. Key responsibilities include supporting multi-store operations, achieving inspection standards, maintaining financial operations, conducting market analysis, staff training, and fostering a culture of exceptional guest service. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong leadership, financial management, and customer focus.
Required Qualifications
