Job Summary
Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction while recruiting, training, and coaching team members. Create schedules to ensure proper staffing, maintain clean and fully stocked stores, and monitor inventory, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales. Manage payroll, expenses, shrink, and financial performance, handling cash, deposits, and reporting accurately. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure compliance with policies and liquor regulations, and conduct store audits to uphold operational standards. Requires five years of retail or service industry experience and two years of management with P&L accountability. Weekly pay, annual raises, and 32 hours of PTO in the first year are included.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or related service industry
- At least 2 years of management experience with direct responsibility for financial performance, including P&L accountability, in a high-volume retail environment
- Proven ability to build and sustain a customer-focused culture that prioritizes service excellence and guest satisfaction
