Job Summary
Lead daily store operations to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction; recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders; create schedules and ensure proper staffing; maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked stores with strong visual presentation; monitor inventory, merchandising, pricing, and product assortment to maximize sales; manage payroll, expenses, shrink, and store financial performance; handle cash, deposits, reporting, and store transactions accurately and securely; deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience; ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor regulations; conduct store audits and maintain high operational and image standards; lead with professionalism, accountability, and a strong team-first attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry.
- At least 2 years in management with responsibility for financial results in a high volume retail with P&L accountability
