Conduct daily operations and planned maintenance for hotel rooms, gym, kitchen, and conference facilities, including door, lock, and furniture upkeep. Perform preventive and emergency fire safety, property management, and facility operations while monitoring building climate systems, heating, ventilation, and utility consumption. Manage administrative tasks and water sampling alongside hands-on tasks like drain clearing. Report to the Property Manager and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Work a rotating day shift schedule including weekends.
