Job Summary
Greet, assist, and engage every customer while operating the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately. Buy, price, and merchandise gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories; maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Work alongside your team to create an energetic shopping experience, taking initiative to identify tasks that improve store operations and customer satisfaction. As you demonstrate strong performance, assist with training new team members, delegating daily tasks, supporting inventory management, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals. Solve problems independently while leading by example through professionalism and work ethic.
