Job Summary
Lead customer service and operations as a Fast-Track Manager in Training, modeling safety and exceptional service while advising and loading customers. Ensure industry-leading quality standards, complete required maintenance work, and coach team members to reach their full potential through training and development. Work five days per week across opening, mid, and closing shifts in a fast-paced environment requiring extended standing, physical agility, and the ability to operate electronic devices and move materials. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
- Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
- Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
