Job Summary
Lead and coach your team per shift, running full opening and closing procedures independently while operating DRB and XPT systems. Drive membership sales and conversions to uphold Cheetah Clean's quality standards, complete end-of-day paperwork and nightly cash reconciliation, and maintain equipment with preventative maintenance checklists. Enforce safety protocols and site standards, with a clear path to advancement toward General Manager as the company expands across Kentucky and Tennessee. This hands-on leadership role is supported by a structured 30-day fast-track program to certify you on core operations before you own the shift, including DRB and XPT operations, and the full MOD standard.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years supervising or leading a team in any fast-paced environment
