Job Summary
Fast Track Manager in Training at Crew Carwash with a focus on safety, service excellence, and leadership development. You’ll model safety, advise on service and load customers, ensure industry-leading quality, complete required maintenance (with thorough training provided), and coach/develop team members. The role emphasizes leading a fast-paced operations environment, managing shifts (opening, mid, closing), and driving growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry and can sustain physical activity and urgency in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
- able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- able to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment
- comfortable working near moving mechanical parts
- able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
- operate and utilize electronic devices
- able to withstand extended exposure to weather
