Job Summary
Live and model our #1 Value of Safety while serving as a role model for exceptional service. Advise and load customers, ensure industry-leading quality, and complete required maintenance work. Coach, train, and develop others to inspire Team Members to reach their full potential. Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts, standing for extended periods up to 8+ hours. Reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and jump while operating electronic devices and handling materials with appropriate equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
- Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
- Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
