Job Summary
As a Fast Track Manager in Training at Crew Carwash, you’ll model safety, deliver exceptional service, and coach team members to reach their potential. You’ll advise and load customers, ensure industry-leading quality, complete required maintenance, and participate in extensive training to accelerate into leadership. The role emphasizes developing others, maintaining a strong safety culture, and thriving in a fast-paced operations environment while working five days per week with openings, mid, and closing shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours)
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
