Job Summary
Fast Track Manager in Training at Crew Carwash who will model safety, provide service leadership, coach and develop team members, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include advising and loading customers, maintaining service quality, completing maintenance with training, inspiring staff to reach potential, and leading through coaching and development. Must be 18+, able to work five days per week (opening, mid, and closing shifts), and able to perform physical tasks (standing long durations, lifting up to 25 pounds) in a fast-paced operations environment.
