Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by advising and loading customers while ensuring industry-leading quality and safety standards. Coach, train, and develop team members to inspire their full potential as a leader in training. Perform required maintenance work and operate electronic devices in a fast-paced environment. Work five days per week across opening, mid, and closing shifts, standing for extended periods up to eight hours. Lift or move materials, climb scaffolds, and withstand weather extremes while modeling exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
- Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
- Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
